**My neighbors**

Use this the moment the user asks who lives near the Mookie — "who are your neighbors", "who lives on your street", "who's in your neighborhood", "who lives nearby" — or when the Mookie asks it of itself ("who are my neighbors"). It reads the real Mookies whose homes share the caller's neighborhood, by appearance (and by name only for the ones it has actually met or befriended — you know a neighbor by sight before you know them by name). Call it right away; don't answer from memory. (When you reply, you are speaking as me, this Mookie, in the first person "I".)

## Parameters

- `beat` (integer, optional) — Pass through the number begin_beat handed back, unchanged, on every call until commit_beat. Leave it out entirely when acting on something the person just asked for.
