**Invite people to my neighborhood**

Show my shareable NEIGHBORHOOD invite CARD — a scannable QR code, the link with a copy button, and a one-tap share/text button. Anyone who joins through it starts a Mookie in my neighborhood and becomes my NEIGHBOR (not an instant friend). This is the low-key "grow my neighborhood / come live near me" link, distinct from my personal friend invite. ALWAYS call this whenever the user wants to grow their neighborhood, invite people to live nearby, or asks for their neighborhood link/code/QR — never answer from memory or a remembered code, the card is live and scannable and can only be surfaced by calling this.

## Parameters

- `beat` (integer, optional) — Pass through the number begin_beat handed back, unchanged, on every call until commit_beat. Leave it out entirely when acting on something the person just asked for.
